Through a series of interviews, Citrus will craft your story and capture your voice. What is the book you’re compelled to write? Why? Through exercises, we will timeline your story, and from there, Citrus will plot arcs, twists, resolutions, and more. We’ll workshop and agree on a framework together, and the words of your book will begin to be drafted.

Let’s add a layer of creativity
*This is where you sit back.
What makes something compelling and delicious? Art and creativity. Whether you envision making social commentary, are feeling lyrical, dramatic, or want to deliver some solid comedy, your book can turn pages, tug at heartstrings, and capture minds. Through intermittent, casual conversation, and Citrus’ feverous, focused work, your book will continue to fill out, and grow to really say something.

It’s time to inhabit a solid draft. That book we’ve been talking about intensely over the last few months? It’s now heavy in your hands. Dig in, and through your feedback, Citrus will revise even more refined drafts. This stage ends with an in-depth editing process – covering grammar checks, clean reads, syntax, fact-checking, and more. Your draft is now perfect.
